This flour is made with carefully selected grain from local farms. It works well in bread machines or as a hand bake.

Ingredients: flour (wheat, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, folic acid, thiamine), seed blend 9% (linseed, millet, poppy, sunflower, chia), kibbled malted wheat 8%, barley malt flour.
